Job summary

Aequor is seeking a Compounding Technician for the night shift, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will prepare saline solutions, operate 350 kg–650 kg reactors, and support production through CIP/SIP while maintaining strict cGMP documentation.

You will monitor SCADA-based fill lines, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements as part of the ACP - ASP Compounding/Processing team led by Darryl Ingram II.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 30+ college credits with 2 chemistry courses with lab
• Requires 2+ years external pharma manufacturing experience (water systems, sanitization, sterilizer, technician)
• Minimum associate's degree in science/engineering
• Chemical compounding experience

Responsibilities

• Process pharmaceutical ingredients for various formulations and products.
• Operate and clean reactors and equipment (350 kg–650 kg) and related tools.
• Monitor fill lines via SCADA; track pressure, temperature and recipe steps.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and accurate documentation; support continuous improvement.

Description: THIRD SHIFT: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Starting Sunday Night to Thursday night into Friday Morning.

A Compounding Technician is responsible for processing pharmaceutical ingredients and products used in a variety of formulations, including liquid solutions and suspensions. This role involves preparing and mixing saline solutions and compound ingredients, operating and cleaning equipment such as 350 kg to 650 kg reactor vessels, filters, parts, and compounding kits, and supporting production operations through Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) processes. The technician monitors and executes fill line operations using SCADA systems to track pressure, temperature, and recipe steps, ensuring equipment and processes operate within validated parameters. All activities are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and GxP regulations, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The role also participates in continuous improvement initiatives and team projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency, product quality, and operational performance.
