Firefly Aerospace, located in Briggs, TX, seeks a skilled Composite Technician II to fabricate aerospace-grade composite components for production and development programs, from raw fibers to finished parts. You will lead complex layups, perform vacuum bagging and cure cycles, and troubleshoot manufacturing issues while interpreting engineering drawings and maintaining AS9100 compliance.

This role requires 5+ years in aerospace composite manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of composite manufacturing experience (aerospace preferred).
• Advanced expertise in layup, bonding, and cure processes.
• Ability to build flight-critical or high-complexity hardware.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous craftsmanship.
• Proficient with pneumatic tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment.
• Experience in AS9100 or similarly regulated environment.
• Mentor and support development of junior technicians.
