Job description

Pay Rate: From $50.00/hour plus $700.00 weekly Per Diem - $500.00 Travel bonus

Saxon is hiring a Composite Repair Technician for an exciting contract opportunity! Join our team to fabricate, assemble, and repair complex composite components, with a focus on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. This position is ideal for experienced technicians who thrive in a fast-paced aerospace environment and can work independently or as part of a team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months within the last 24 months (recent recency required)
• Structural composite repair experience (not fabrication-only)
• Experience working from SRMs and engineered repair schemes
• Ability to work independently in a production environment

Preferred Experience

• Taper sanding (20:1 / 30:1 ratios)
• Multi-layer carbon fiber structural repairs
• Hot bonder and cure cycle experience
• Spirit AeroSystems or Boeing supplier background
