All American Racers Inc is seeking a hands-on Composite Technician IV to perform a wide range of composite plying, layup, fabrication, and assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment. The role includes mentoring Level I–III technicians and leading teams or special projects while supporting design and production with engineers.

POSITION SUMMARYComposite Technician IV is a hands-on role, whose primary responsibility is performing a wide variety of composite plying, layup, fabrication, and assembly tasks. Additionally, Composite Technician Level IV will be responsible for the mentoring and training of Level I, II and III composite technicians. Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment and may be noisy at times. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
