Carfair Composites Inc. is seeking a Composite Operator to work with advanced composite materials and support multiple production processes to ensure high-quality products meet customer specifications.

The role involves cross-training across several production areas, with shift options Mon-Thu and overtime as required; starting rate is $21.55 per hour, with potential increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in composites manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and materials for composite production processes.
• Trim, laminate, assemble, and finish composite parts.
• Read route cards and follow production specifications.
• Use gauges, fixtures, and measurement tools to ensure product quality.
• Inspect parts throughout the production process and identify defects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials used in production.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Available for overtime as needed.
