Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes: hand lay-up, autoclave curing, RTM, compression molding.
• Experience developing BOMs, production plans, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans, manufacturing processes, and BOMs.
• Support and optimize tooling design and manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and quality.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Troubleshoot composite manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
