Job summary

Cts Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated technician to join our composite material and structural bonding laboratory team in Tukwila, Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for tool preparation, prepreg lay-up, bonding, machining, and mechanical testing.

This 12+ month contract position offers the chance for extensions and potential FTE opportunities. Candidates should have manufacturing experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A trade school background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues.
• Experience working with detailed work instructions or interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of tasks including tool preparation, prepreg lay-up, bonding, and machining.
• Participate in process improvement and lean best practices implementation.
• Adhere to engineering and safety requirements with a strong work ethic.

Skills

Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Education
