Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and follow all short sheets/customer documents.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; extend information across shifts.
• Strong team-building and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Basic computer experience (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Trained/certified at 50% of Image operations (excluding 1 mil core or 38*54).

Responsibilities

• Directly work with engineers to improve processes.
• Manual expose printed circuit boards.
• LDI expose printed circuit boards.
• Scrub, develop manual clean.
• Extend important information across shifts within the department.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and follow safety regulations.
• May cross-train in other departments.
• Overtime may be required for alternate shifts and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
