• Assemble composite products per planning and work instructions.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of production areas and return tools/materials to storage.
• Complete production records, work orders and area logs as tasks are finished.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and environmental health policies.
• Participate in process improvements and shop-wide initiatives.
• Support other shop areas to preserve workflow when needed.
• Work safely and wear required PPE and report unsafe conditions.
• Meet internal deliveries on time.
