This hands-on role requires reading engineering drawings and applying resin systems and finishing techniques.

Onsite schedule with potential for Compressed Work Schedule.

Qualifications

• Four years hands-on fiberglass fabrication or repair experience.
• Experience with resins, catalysts, fillers, and reinforcing fabrics.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical instructions.
• Knowledge of layup techniques, curing processes, and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fiberglass structures for damage and dimensional discrepancies.
• Repair damaged components using approved methods.
• Fabricate, finish, and repair fiberglass components and molds.
• Cure materials using ambient, heated, or controlled processes.
• Document repairs and collaborate with engineers and QA.
