Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., through its KUAS division, seeks skilled Composite Assemblers to join the manufacturing team focused on composite parts for aerospace applications. Roles span I–III with trimming, abrading, bonding and riveting.

Qualifications

• Accurate basic math skills.
• Good attention to detail resulting in high-quality parts.
• Ability to use hand tools and read engineering drawings.
• Ability to measure with tape and calipers.
• Adherence to safety procedures and Kratos Quality System.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials.
• Operates shop machinery and handles composite materials, adhesives and solvents.
• Interprets manufacturing orders and ensures conformance to specifications.
• Maintains a clean work area and follows 5S standards.
• Trains and mentors others as needed per level responsibilities.
