Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of electronic components in line with industry standards (AS6081, IDEA, etc.)
• Identify counterfeit, damaged or non‑conforming components
• Carry out detailed inspection processes including marking, packaging, lead condition and documentation review
• Support advanced testing processes where required (X‑ray, decapsulation, electrical testing via third parties)
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met across all orders
• Assist with supplier quality evaluation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience inspecting electronic components within distribution, manufacturing or testing environments
• Strong understanding of counterfeit detection and industry standards (AS6081, IDEA‑STD‑1010 preferred)
• Experience working with independent distributors or high‑reliability supply chains is highly beneficial
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
