Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Compliance Testing Manager to lead a team of compliance professionals in evaluating US Card, Business Card and Payment processes for regulatory conformity. The role blends leadership, risk judgment, and technical insight to deepen the testing program.
You will oversee rapid response testing and compliance control reviews, coordinate calendar and resources, and produce reports for Accountable Executives and senior officers.
The Compliance Testing Manager is a key second line of defense role that leads a team of Compliance professionals in determining whether Capital One’s US Card processes and transactions comply with regulatory requirements. This role requires the ability to lead teams to deliver high-value testing results, be a strategic thought leader and leverage technology to improve the depth and breadth of the testing program, exhibit a high level of judgment to understand risk and solve challenging problems, and exercise strong partnership and communication skills to engage and influence critical stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional leadership skills, a deep expertise in compliance and business processes at a large financial institution, and a proven track record of driving strategic results.
McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Compliance Testing Manager
Plano, TX: $138,100 - $157,700 for Compliance Testing Manager
Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Compliance Testing Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
