Job summary

Frontline Insurance in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Compliance Staff I to identify operational and regulatory risks, improve governance controls, and prepare detailed project reports. You will liaise with internal teams and manage department communications while supporting policy and procedure development.

The role requires a high school diploma with a plus for a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Accounting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
• Experience in compliance risk assessment and regulatory reporting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational and compliance risks through consulting and solutions management activity.
• Improve the identification, measurement, management, reporting and controls in governance, risk, and control environments.
• Prepare reports to document the scope of projects, procedures, findings, and recommendations.
• Contribute and keep updated team calendar, planner and intranet site.
• Assist management of department email.
• Review incoming communication, content, and work with management to establish appropriate communications or policies and procedures as needed.
• Act as a liaison to all related entities and respond to all internal action requests.
• Oversee and manage companywide compliance regulation internally and externally.
• Align with management to ensure compliance with applicable company policies (i.e., record retention, data calls, audits, etc.).
• Communicate with and educate process owners on the importance of compliance, controls, an effective control environment, and the role of the team.

What we are looking for as a Compliance Staff I :

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
