This position ensures compliance with RTD’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) programs in accordance with US DOT DBE Regulation 49 CFR Part 26. This position will actively monitor locally funded contract compliance related to SBE program requirements. This position completes DBE/SBE goal assessments by reviewing documents, cross-checking contract requirements, and monitoring labor compliance on assigned projects. This position advertise and promotes RTD contracting opportunities at outreach and community events.

RTD posts a compensation range that represents a good faith estimate of what RTD anticipates paying for the position at the time of posting. Starting salary is based on the candidate’s relevant and verified education, training and work experience. Pay Range: $65,177.00 - $92,062.25 Annual
