Compliance Specialist I identifies potential compliance concerns, discrepancies, exceptions, and Red Flags, findings accurately, and escalates issues in accordance with established protocols. Working under routine guidance and supervision, this position contributes to the effectiveness of the compliance program by ensuring review consistency, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and identifying compliance risks. The role serves as an individual contributor focused on building foundational compliance knowledge, developing analytical skills, and consistently executing assigned reviews with accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
