Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail & Licensing Liaison Officer to manage all statutory licenses and act as the primary contact with government and accreditation bodies for our diagnostics laboratory. This role ensures that all lab operations remain compliant with regulatory requirements, enabling smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Licensing & Accreditation
    • Obtain, renew, and maintain licenses for a lab – Clinical Establishment registration, Biomedical Waste Authorization, and any applicable licenses.
    • Track license validity and proactively manage renewals to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Government Liaison
    • Serve as the point of contact with state and local health authorities.
    • Respond to government queries, facilitate inspections, and coordinate any required documentation.
  • Documentation & Compliance Support
    • Maintain accurate records of all licenses, permits, and approvals.
    • Support internal teams by providing guidance on licensing requirements and compliance deadlines.
    • Assist during internal or external audits to ensure regulatory readiness.

  • 2+ years experience in licensing, government liaison, or regulatory compliance, preferably in diagnostics, clinical laboratories, or healthcare.
