Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Compliance Specialist to perform internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance in an assigned area. The role supports management of external commercial payor audits by coordinating requests, reviewing findings, and preparing appeals to ensure timely completion of audit activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of audit or revenue cycle experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, relevant healthcare audit, revenue cycle, compliance, or appeals experience will be considered.
• Revenue Cycle experience.
• Experience with audit tracking and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and audit tracking tools.
