We are looking for a Temporary Compliance & Regulatory Specialist who will assist the Engineering and Quality team by supporting product safety and regulatory adherence across the U.S. market.

Your mission
This role contributes to the Engineering and Quality team by supporting product safety and regulatory adherence across the U.S. market. The specialist will assist in coordinating compliance activities, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams throughout the product development and certification process. The position offers valuable exposure to regulatory frameworks and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and global initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support to Product and Quality Engineers, Sr. Director, Technical Manager, and Sales by helping in performing required tasks such as documentation creation and review, supplying retailer documentation, and updating databases.
- Assist in interpreting and applying North American regulatory policies to support product compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and communicate compliance requirements for new products.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate communication of updated regulatory requirements to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Participate in compliance training and awareness initiatives across departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Business, or related).
- 3–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in regulatory compliance, product safety, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with lean six sigma or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to learn proprietary systems and web‑based tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
