El Paso Children's Hospital seeks a Compliance and Regulatory Pharmacist Specialist to oversee comprehensive regulatory planning including USP 800/797/795 compliance and 340B program maintenance. This role develops SOPs, ensures staff competency, and monitors facility and environmental testing compliance.
The position requires Texas license with ongoing certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS within 6 months) and completion of USP 800 within 6–12 months of hire.
The Compliance and Regulatory Pharmacist Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the USP 800, 797, and 795 compliance planning, 340B program maintenance, and any other regulatory and compliance planning. Responsible for the development of standard operating procedures, personnel competency oversight, and conducting facility and environmental testing compliance.
