Job summary

Panelmatic is seeking an experienced Compliance Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and documentation to ensure compliance with state and third-party regulatory requirements.

This role bridges design, production, inspection, and certification teams to maintain conformance with building codes and internal quality standards across multiple facilities. Requires engineering-related degree and 2+ years in modular/construction compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, Construction Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in modular building, construction compliance, or quality coordination.
  • Familiarity with state modular programs (e.g., Texas IHB, California HCD, Florida DBPR, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating third-party inspections or certification programs preferred.
  • Working knowledge of electrical standards (IEC, HUD, NEC, IPC, ISO, IBC, UL, NFPA etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement/testing equipment.
  • Experience with ISO-9001 quality management systems (QMS).
  • Computer literate and experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required.
  • Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours.
  • Alignment with company core values.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with state modular building authorities and inspection agencies.
  • Oversee state submittals, plan approvals, audits, and renewal processes across multiple jurisdictions for all Panelmatic facilities.
  • Manage application process for state certifications from start to finish.
  • Work with Engineering, Project Management, Accounting and Operations to gather necessary information for state/regulatory certification applications.
  • Maintain up to date status of all state/regulatory certifications for all Panelmatic facilities.
  • Facilitate communication among engineering, production, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and customer specifications.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Job Summary:

Panelmatic is seeking an experienced Compliance Project Coordinator.
