  • Maintain compliance calendars and recurring reporting schedules, monitor deadlines, and provide regular status updates to program leadership.
  • Assist with ad hoc management requests, including research, data analysis, meeting preparation, and development of presentation materials.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Approximately five years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, financial services operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • General understanding of financial services compliance, risk, or control environments. Experience assisting with compliance event programs, remediation follow-up, governance reporting, or other cross-functional compliance initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks, maintain accurate records, follow established processes, and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners, gather information from multiple sources, and prepare clear summaries and reporting materials.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and exercise sound judgment when escalating overdue or incomplete items.
  • Interest in process improvement and the ability to identify practical opportunities for greater efficiency, including through event workflow, dashboard, or automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is preferred.
  • Knowledge of fund services, securities operations, alternative investments, or related financial products and services is a plus.
