Duties/Responsibilities

• Analyze documentation and processes to spot gaps and inconsistencies.
• Apply your regulatory knowledge (RESPA, TILA, HMDA, FDIC, etc.) to assess compliance and identify risks.
• Collaborate with first-line teams to validate findings and support remediation.
• Conduct second-line monitoring reviews across mortgage, deposit, and loan servicing operations.
• Flex across business lines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Maintain independence and objectivity in monitoring activities.
• Prepare clear reports and summaries for compliance leadership and audit readiness.
• Use your mortgage experience to evaluate operational effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
