Affirme is seeking a Compliance Lead within its Legal, Compliance, and Public Affairs team to help administer the Compliance Testing Program. The role involves reviews to ensure regulatory adherence, collaboration with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering, and proactive remediation of identified issues.
The position reports to the Senior Compliance Manager and requires independent, cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment with a remote-friendly setup.

Affirmls Compliance team implements a compliance program that enables Affirmls to proactively adhere to regulatory requirements while also identifying and addressing potential regulatory issues that may arise. As a second line of defense, Compliance proactively partners with the business to support new products, markets, initiatives, change management, issue identification and remediation plans, and assessment/monitoring of third parties. Affirmls is actively seeking a Compliance Lead to support certain critical compliance management program elements. In this role, the Compliance Lead will help to administer Compliance's Testing Program. This includes completing reviews to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, identifying gaps and deficiencies with regulatory compliance concerns, collaborate with cross functional partners including Legal, Operations, Product, Engineering and senior management to resolve identified issues and further build out our compliance program. This role will report to the Senior Compliance Manager and will be required to work independently and cross-functionally.
Base Pay Grade - J
Equity Grade - 5
Employees new to Affirme typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirme focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $130,000 - $180,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $115,000 - $165,000
