Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Four years’ administrative research experience with evaluating facts to guide actions.
• Two of the four years must be above the technical support level.
• College coursework may substitute for experience (45-quarter units per year, up to three years).

Responsibilities

• Investigates non-abuse complaints in community-based facility settings.
• Ensures provider compliance with Community Based Care rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Identifies trends indicating systemic deficiencies that require remedy.
• Promotes safety, health, and independence of residents through findings.
