Mark43 is hiring a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join a brand new team focused on building configurable reports for expanding into new markets and jurisdictions. You will work cross-functionally to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions and help shape compliance workflows.

You will build configurable forms, troubleshoot reporting challenges with customers, and establish engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience working with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to understand customer reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows that reduce customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify opportunities to improve the product.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand new team that will play a key role in Mark43's continued growth.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to make compliance reporting easier to build, maintain, and scale.

We are looking for a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a brand new team responsible for building configurable reports that enable Mark43 to expand into new markets and support customers in new jurisdictions. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's growth by helping unlock new customers, accelerate deployments, and ensure our platform meets complex state and agency-specific reporting requirements.

Built and configured reporting forms that satisfy state-specific compliance requirements, helping customers successfully deploy Mark43 in new jurisdictions.

Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions. Experience working with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.

• ~ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• ~ Experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• ~ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers when needed.
