Job summary

Unchain Data is seeking a Compliance Data & Models Lead to manage compliance model risk and oversee data programs across transaction monitoring and risk rating. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Financial Crime technology, strong SQL skills, and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

This role involves ensuring compliance data accuracy and integrity, automating reporting, and enhancing technology controls. Candidates with 7-10 years of experience in data analytics and a focus on AML/sanctions are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years experience in data/analytics and/or Financial Crime/Compliance.
• 3–5 years focused on AML/sanctions/Financial Crime technologies.
• Strong SQL skills in a modern data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Own model governance, tuning, testing, and documentation for compliance models.
• Design and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake for governance.
• Partner with Data, Product, Engineering, and Compliance to enhance technology controls.
