Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Compliance Coordinator in Roseville, CA to handle ECOA notices, mail distribution, and inbox management. You will support the Compliance Manager on various projects and help ensure regulatory obligations are met.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel is a plus, and experience with Encompass is helpful but not required. This role offers hourly compensation in the $20–$24 range.

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for performing various compliance tasks including but not limited to: printing and mailing adverse actions notices to consumers in accordance with relevant regulations, managing email inboxes, and performing limited compliance monitoring. The Compliance Coordinator will also be assigned other projects and tasks as needed by the department.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all adverse action notices required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act are accurately completed and delivered to the loan applicant(s) by regular mail within established turn times
• Managing assigned queues to confirm compliance with various regulatory obligations
• Receiving Compliance mail and distributing accordingly.
• Managing email inboxes to ensure questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Assisting the Compliance Manager with projects from time-to-time
