HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Compliance Auditor Lead. The position is open to Dallas, TX; Tulsa, OK; Artesia, NM or Salt Lake City, UT. The Compliance Auditor Lead ensures compliance with regulations and conducts moderate to complex regulatory compliance and auditing assignments for assigned areas under general supervision.
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
A minimum of five to seven years of related experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
Preferred experience: Demonstrated technical expertise in regulatory compliance, pipeline operations, engineering, integrity management, auditing, or related technical functions. Experience interacting with federal and state regulatory agencies is preferred.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. Candidates should possess a strong technical aptitude, with an engineering, engineering technology, or other technical background preferred.
May direct, prioritize, and review the work of compliance auditors and other personnel while providing technical guidance.
Office based with travel up to 25% is required by land and air. Petroleum refinery, warehouse/plant environment, out‑of‑doors environment, and driver‑based environment including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, and rotating equipment. From time to time, required to work long hours which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Subject to all temperatures, weather and varying road conditions.
