Responsibilities

• Process personal account disclosure and pre-clearance forms.
• Review Gift and Entertainment requests.
• Reconcile personal trading data from electronic feeds via third party vendor.
• Manage receipt of paper statements for brokerage accounts at non-designated brokers.
• Review employee certification documents annually and take action.
• Answer employee inquiries related to activities via hotline and mailbox.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and projects.
• Review reported outside business activities and private investments and perform conflict checks.
• Perform personal trading surveillance to ensure compliance with policy.
