Job summary

Third Bridge is seeking an Associate to join our global Expert Network Compliance team based in New York. You will support compliance requirements across our international offices and help maintain high standards of risk management.

The role offers exposure to a leading global research firm, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and suitable compliance experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or relevant compliance experience.
• Experience in compliance within financial services is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and approving a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client-specific processes, and responding in a timely manner.
• Monitoring active projects and experts to mitigate potential risks.
• Handling day-to-day compliance queries from business units and clients.
• Delivering compliance training to new and existing employees.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures and pre-agreed client-specific processes.
• Reviewing clients’ compliance procedures to improve and implement them.
• Dealing with ad-hoc projects as directed by management.

At Third Bridge, our Compliance framework is an integral part of our business; as such we are looking to hire an Associate to join our global Third Bridge Expert Network Compliance team to be based in New York. The main purpose of this role is to support the compliance requirements of the business across all our international offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or relevant experience within compliance
• Previous compliance experience within financial services highly desirable but not essential

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary guide: $70,000 - $75,000
