The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Data Analyst for a full-time remote position. The role focuses on supporting compliance, regulatory reporting, and analytics across multiple platforms to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of healthcare analytics or credentialing experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Remote work is available within a 90-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare analytics, or credentialing support.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, reporting, and analysis).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Healthcare compliance, regulatory reporting, or orthopedic practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational compliance, regulatory reporting, training requirements for employees and physicians, patient satisfaction data, safety initiatives, and operational analytics.
• Collect, monitor, analyze, and report key data across multiple platforms to support informed decision-making and regulatory readiness.
• Provide credentialing support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training and documentation to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
• Grow data-driven insights to optimize clinical and operational outcomes.

We have 12 convenient locations in Chattanooga, North Georgia, and the surrounding area. We offer advanced sports medicine, orthopaedics, surgery, physical and occupational therapy, and sports training.

The person in this position will be responsible for supporting organizational compliance, regulatory reporting, employee and physician training requirements, patient satisfaction data, safety initiatives, and operational analytics. This position collects, monitors, analyzes, and reports key data across multiple platforms to support informed decision-making, regulatory readiness, credentialing support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
