The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Data Analyst for a full-time remote position. This role supports regulatory reporting, credentialing, and performance analytics across multiple platforms to ensure regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.

Located in Chattanooga, TN area, this position requires experience in healthcare compliance and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree required.
• 3–5 years in compliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare analytics, or credentialing support.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Healthcare compliance or orthopedic practice experience preferred.

The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Data Analyst for a full-time remote position.

The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is Chattanooga's leading provider of multi-specialty orthopaedic care since 1979. We have 12 convenient locations in Chattanooga, North Georgia, and the surrounding area. We offer advanced sports medicine, orthopaedics, surgery, physical and occupational therapy, and sports training.

The person in this position will be responsible for supporting organizational compliance, regulatory reporting, employee and physician training requirements, patient satisfaction data, safety initiatives, and operational analytics. This position collects, monitors, analyzes, and reports key data across multiple platforms to support informed decision-making, regulatory readiness, credentialing support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required:
