Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, seeks a Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Lead to drive testing of consumer banking products for regulatory alignment. This remote US-based role partners with business and control teams to improve testing quality and oversight, communicating results to enable informed risk decisions across the organization.

As a subject matter expert, you will guide team members through complex issues, develop testing steps, and lead activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
• CRCM certification or equivalent required.
• Deep knowledge of consumer protection regulations (Reg Z, Reg E, FCRA, SCRA, UDAAP).
• Significant experience in Compliance Testing, Operational Testing, or related oversight functions.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead compliance and operational risk testing activities that help ensure consumer banking products and processes meet regulatory expectations. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guide team members through complex issues, and partner closely with business and internal control stakeholders to strengthen testing quality and oversight. The position also calls for thoughtful analysis of testing results and clear reporting that supports informed risk decisions across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $127,310 – $243,340 annually

• Strong understanding of consumer banking products and regulatory requirements
