Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a financial services setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create submissions for Annual and Semi-Annual Reports in the ComplianceAlpha Marketing Review system
• Perform website inspections in accordance with the firm’s policy
• Liaise with internal MR operations counterparts to assist with system administration
• Work under pressure to meet client deadlines
• Assist with system tasks such as closing stale files, running volume reports, and uploading documents
• Track progress of assignments using project management tools
• Support ACA’s client and internal initiatives through ad-hoc projects
