POSITION SUMMARY:

The Compliance Analyst supports the University's compliance and discrimination prevention/Title IX programs to help ensure adherence to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and institutional policies. This position also assists with compliance education and training initiatives to promote awareness and alignment across the campus community.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related or applicable area.
  • Two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience facilitating training programs.
  • Work experience in higher education preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE:
  • Full-time; Exempt; 10-month position
  • Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM, however, some nights and weekends may be required.
SALARY STRUCTURE:

Pay Grade 7 ($58,011 to $76,877)
