The Compliance Analyst supports insurance product compliance by researching regulations, preparing and submitting regulatory filings, responding to insurance department inquiries, and partnering with business teams to implement approved product and policy form changes. This role works closely with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, marketing, and technology, to ensure products, forms and processes remain compliant with state insurance requirements. The ideal candidate brings insurance compliance knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance in a detail-oriented environment.
You'll Need Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in insurance compliance, insurance regulatory affairs, or a related insurance function. Strong Knowledge of individual or group insurance products, preferably including Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Disability, and/or Life insurance. Experience preparing and submitting Department of Insurance (DOI) product and form filings preferred. Experience researching and interpreting state insurance regulations, and regulatory requirements preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business partners. Experience supporting product implementation, regulatory change management, or compliance risk programs preferred.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range: $66,000.00 - $96,250.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
