Job summary

HireMinds is seeking a hands-on Compliance Analyst for a top multi-strategy hedge fund in New York. This hybrid role requires Tue–Thu in office and offers exposure to trading, operations, and technology teams to strengthen regulatory controls.

The position emphasizes trade surveillance, regulatory reporting, and data-driven risk management, with ownership of a defined compliance area and strong growth prospects in compliance.
