Y-12 Credit Union is seeking a Compliance Administrator to connect moving parts of regulatory requirements across departments. You will research issues, coordinate vendor reviews, and maintain systems and documentation to keep compliance current.
You’ll help teams understand what regulations mean for them, coordinate risk assessments, and support continuity testing and documentation. Your work will drive informed decisions and ongoing regulatory readiness.
Compliance has a lot of moving pieces.
Sometimes it's coordinating a vendor review.
Sometimes it's researching a regulatory question.
Sometimes another department needs help understanding what a requirement means for them.
As our Compliance Administrator, you'll help connect those pieces. You'll research compliance issues, coordinate vendor management and business continuity activities, maintain important systems and documentation, and help teams across the credit union navigate regulatory requirements.
Some people track the details. Others dig deeper to understand what those details mean.
This role includes the coordination and administrative responsibilities you’d expect in compliance, but your impact goes beyond those responsibilities. You'll:
This role gives you the opportunity to:
Build deeper knowledge of credit union compliance
Research and work through real regulatory questions
Partner with leaders and teams across the credit union
Support vendor management and business continuity
Grow into managing key responsibilities independently
You won't be doing the same thing every day. You could be reviewing a disclosure, researching a compliance question, coordinating with a vendor decision maker, preparing for business continuity testing, or making sure documentation is ready when it’s needed.
You like to read, research, ask questions, and understand the why behind a requirement, not just check a box.
You bring 3-5 years of financial institution experience and a broad understanding of credit union compliance and regulatory requirements. You're organized, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate professionally with people at different levels of the organization.
Most importantly, you have the judgment to work through a problem, make decisions within your scope, and know when you need to bring someone else into the conversation.
A vendor review completed thoroughly. A disclosure reviewed carefully. A regulatory question researched before it becomes a bigger issue.
Those things may happen behind the scenes, but they help the credit union stay prepared and make informed decisions.
The answers aren't always obvious. That's why curiosity, sound judgment, and follow-through matter.
Ready to dig into the details, solve problems, and help keep compliance moving? We'd love to talk.
