Job summary

Reliable Medical is seeking a Rehab Technician to support the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) team with assembly, maintenance, and repair of complex rehab equipment such as power wheelchairs and seating systems.

You will participate in warehouse operations, field repairs, and customer-focused service, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• DME/CRT experience highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record acceptable to our auto insurance carrier.
• Must be 21 years or older to drive a company vehicle.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and comfort in working with people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to day operations in the warehouse
• Receive, assemble, build, diagnose and fix equipment
• Assist other technicians with equipment repairs
• Deliver and set up new and loaned medical equipment
• Perform adjustments and repairs to equipment in the field
• Coordinate deliveries with the service team
• Provide excellent customer service and comfort for people with disabilities
• Learn to use hand-held and Bluetooth programmers for power wheelchairs
• Upload and send documents to appropriate personnel
• Participate in annual education programs
• Perform warehouse duties including inventory and cleaning
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
