Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has openings for attorneys in its expanding Cincinnati office. Candidates must have 2-5 years of substantial litigation experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid opportunities.

We are a full-service, Am Law 100 firm with robust national and local practices. This position will focus on complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation. We have garnered national recognition for our demonstrated commitment to the recruitment, retention and advancement of qualified female and diverse attorneys.

Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, and research, and be self-starters who are able to handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision. A proven track record that includes sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions is strongly preferred. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed in Ohio.

Role

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
