Job summary

Klinedinst PC is seeking a California-licensed attorney with 5 to 8+ years of general and business litigation experience to join our Irvine office. The ideal candidate will independently handle cases, with strong advocacy, organizational, and communication skills, and a collaborative approach to complex litigation.

Experience in discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation is preferred. Insurance defense experience is a plus but not required.

If you have experience defending clients in the insurance industry, that is a plus, though not required.
