Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This is a fully remote role with an anticipated duration of 6+ months, offering the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, active bar membership, and demonstrable experience in complex litigation, with strong research, writing, and drafting skills, and familiarity with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms.

Complex Litigation Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This is a fully remote role, and the anticipated duration is 6+ months. The position will offer the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• No plaintiff experience permitted

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience at an Am Law 200 firm preferred
• Antitrust litigation experience strongly preferred
• Product liability litigation experience is a plus
• Experience serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) is highly desirable
• Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus
