Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm. This is a fully remote role; the anticipated duration is 6+ months. The position will offer the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

The qualified candidate will have a J.D. and active bar, experience handling complex litigation, strong research and drafting skills, and familiarity with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in good standing.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents.
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• No plaintiff experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide trial support for complex litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive pleadings and briefs.
• Assist with discovery and eDiscovery workflows using Relativity or similar tools.
• Manage case deadlines and coordinate with clients and teams.

Complex Litigation Attorney - Washington, DC

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This is a fully remote role. The anticipated duration is 6+ months. The position will offer the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• No plaintiff experience permitted

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience at an Am Law 200 firm preferred.
• Antitrust litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Product liability litigation experience is a plus.
• Experience serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) is highly desirable.
• Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
