Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters, including developing legal strategies, conducting in-depth legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, and managing discovery.
• Handle cases through all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation planning to trial preparation, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and execute plans effectively.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal counsel.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with legal developments and trends in complex commercial litigation.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft high-quality legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to confidently present information to clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently while working effectively in a team environment.
• A track record of successfully handling complex litigation matters, including trial preparation and case management.
• Am Law 100 firm experience and graduation from a Top 30 law school are highly preferred.
