Raymond James in Greenwood, IN is seeking an experienced professional to support the execution of the strategic growth plan for the branch or complex. You will work with internal and external clients to optimize processes and deliver a superior client experience.
Collaborating with home office departments, you will coordinate workflow, assist with onboarding and transitions for new affiliates, and help ensure compliant, productive operations across the team.
Under limited supervision, assists with the execution of strategic plan for overall growth of the Branch or Complex. Uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to resolve service or project management issues. Extensive contact with internal and external customers is required to establish and maintain networking relationships that support new business creation.
Associates degree and five years' experience in financial services industry or related field~or~Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years' experience in the financial services industry or related field~or~An equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training as approved by Human Resources
