Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC in Midland, TX, seeks a Completions & Workover (DHPS) Tool Operator to support on-site operations. You will plan, execute and manage completion and related workover tasks, ensuring client requirements are met with safety and efficiency.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant field experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in demanding environments, with a focus on tool operations and open-hole/cased-hole completion activities.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of relevant experience in completions and workover operations.
• Extensive knowledge of completion tools and related services.
• Experience in open-hole and/or cased-hole completions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site technical support to crew and clients at the well site.
• Develops expertise on advanced completion techniques and shares knowledge.
• Plans and coordinates completion and related work-over operations.
• Manages storage and inventories of supplies and fixed assets on the rig.
• Ensures work complies with all regulations and company/industry standards.
• Prepares and delivers comprehensive job documentation.
