Summary of Position:

Perform inspections, repairs, service, and modifications to helicopter electrical systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspections, repairs, services, and modifications to helicopter electrical systems (20%)
2. Clean up work area at the end of shift (20%)
3. Use SAP computer system for sign-offs and logging work (20%)
4. Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems including communications, navigation, collision avoidance, target acquisition, and automatic flight control systems (20%)
5. Service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust AC/DC power systems and aircraft batteries (10%)
6. Work overtime and travel as needed (10%)
7. Perform other duties as assigned (10%)

Qualifications for Position:

• High school diploma

Experience:

• At least three years of aircraft maintenance experience; helicopter experience preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles in aviation; ability to interpret diagrams, blueprints, and technical publications
