Job summary

Gulfstream seeks a Tech Spec I in Appleton, WI to develop engineering data for new systems, draft wiring diagrams, and support cabin software integration. The role emphasizes interfacing with installation teams and ensuring electrical loads meet certification standards.

You will use AutoCAD, Capital HarnessXC, and Capital Logic to deliver compliant designs and collaborate with cross-discipline engineers to meet manufacturing schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent with relevant FAA-related experience.
• 5 years in a technical discipline or 10 years broad engineering experience with a Bachelor's.
• Experience with aircraft wiring, avionics or electrical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of design, analysis, and liaison engineering for Gulfstream interiors.
• Develop and review electrical/avionics installation data and wiring diagrams.
• Interface with hangar, shop teams and certification personnel as needed.
• Ensure designs meet schedule and cost objectives and adhere to FAA guidelines.
