• Managing complaint handling assigned product complaint assignments.
• Meeting daily team and individual complaint handling output goals.
• Performing document complaint investigation to either close the complaint or determine need for more in-depth analysis.
• Processing complaint events as required per internal and FDA regulations/International standards.
• Monitoring and tracking key operational data trending.
• Working with cross-functional groups (Quality Engineers, Medical Complaint Investigators, Outsourced Groups) as required.
• Visual inspection and product related complaint product sample testing.
• Ownership of product related documentation to support complaint processing.
• Inventorying and logging of complaint product samples.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (2) two years of combined experience in healthcare, medical device and/or drug in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Additional Requirements

In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $64,800 - $89,100, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
